By building an in-house platform, we aimed to streamline the tutor management process and provide a comprehensive solution tailored to their specific needs.

By creating a cross-functional platform, we aimed to integrate various functions and departments involved in tutor management. This could include features like tutor onboarding and management, tutor registration and enrollment, scheduling and session management, payment processing, performance tracking, and reporting. Having a unified platform ensures smooth collaboration and information sharing among different teams involved in the tutor management process.


Minimizing the reliance on third-party tools is another objective of the platform. By building an in-house solution, we reduces dependency on external systems and integrations. This offers greater control over the platform's functionality, customization options, and data security. Additionally, it can potentially lead to cost savings by eliminating or reducing subscription fees associated with third-party tools.
