The primary objective was to improve the usability and overall user experience of Company's internal admin panel by addressing user pain points and optimizing key features. The focus was on systemization clients’ profiles and services, streamlining navigation, simplifying complex workflows, and providing clear visibility of essential information.

1. LACK OF SYSTEMATIC DOCUMENTATION & MANAGEMENT
Instead of using local documents to handle each clients’ profile and services they purchased, an internal system design will dramatically save team’s time, improve working efficiency and reduce human-induced work errors.
Team struggled with convoluted processes, multiple steps, and lack of clear guidance within the current working process, resulting in errors and inefficiencies.

Implement a convenient and efficient online booking service to replace the manual offline appointment system, by eliminating unnecessary steps, automating repetitive tasks, and providing contextual guidance within the admin panel.

Enhanced the presentation of key data by creating intuitive visualizations, charts, and dashboards, providing users with clear insights and enabling them to monitor performance efficiently.
